OUR RETURNS POLICY
We offer a 14 day money back guarantee on all products, however you the customer will bear all costs of returning any goods under this category. All items that are returned must be in the original packaging, undamaged and not used. All items that are returned as faulty are liable to a manufacture inspection. We cannot guarantee replacement or credit, a warranty repair may be given. No items can be returned if they have been made to order specially.
Items that are ordered, and are not in stock are deemed to be special orders. We would have to make a specific individual order from our supplier. If the products that you are requesting or sourcing are deemed to be special orders, then regrettably once the order / contract has been agreed we are in no way able to have these items returned to us. Please note that under certain circumstances delivery charges incurred through special orders will be forwarded to the end purchaser.
We accept all major cards and also Paypal. We always request payment before any shipment of any goods.
We shall have no liability to you for any failure or delay in supply or delivery or for any damage or defect to the goods supplied or delivered hereunder that is caused by any events or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
CANCELLATION AND RETURNS
You can cancel your contract at any time Up to 14 days from the date of the order, to do this please e-mail us or write to us, the goods must be in their original packaging and unopened.
If you wish to cancel you must return the goods to us at your own expense. This cancellation policy does not affect your legal rights – for example, if goods are faulty or mis-described. All products supplied and delivered are deemed to be a special order. Your guarantee is unaffected in relation to manufacturer’s defects. All products supplied and delivered rely on the accuracy of the delivery information supplied at the time of the order.
